We pack all orders in a smoke free enviroment (our humidor) so your orders are "humidor fresh" when you receive them.

 

RETURN POLICY:  All cigars are shipped & packed fresh from our humidor which is maintained properly on a daily basis. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 72hrs of receiving your order for a Return Authorization #. We do NOT allow returns on cigars, but may under rare circumstances.
